As a Business Support Administrator, you are part of Business Support Department. This department is
responsible for vendor/client management, customer service, stock transfer requests, order management,
inbound planning, outbound/trailer planning and new product introduction. The department consist of 18
people. You will report to the Business Support Supervisor

what will you do

As a business support administrator you are there for the customer! You will have a brought variety of tasks, so no day is the same. These tasks are a part of your job discription:

• Owning, logging & ensuring all daily customer services contacts & queries received via telephone & email: Being the voice of the customer
• Auctioning customer complaints received ensuring that detailed and accurate root cause/corrective actions are implemented, formally documented and submitted to the customer
• Compiling, reviewing and auctioning reporting suites for our key account customers
• Carrier management including tracking open customer orders through to delivery/return/claim and actioning exceptions as they arise
• Initiate & participate in Customer & Department projects to achieve continue improvements
