We are looking to expand our Finance team at our Distribution Center in Born.

As a Financial Employee you are primarily responsible for maintaining accurate ledgers with proper data
processing and timely delivery. You are also responsible for the correct and timely administration of the
incoming flow of goods.

who you are

• Weekly follow up debtors according to the escalation matrix within the company framework;
• Debtor management Benelux and Belgium. This requires good communication (by phone) in contact
with customers and Sales managers.
• Daily check and book invoices and assign them to the appropriate manager/department in the
system;
• Daily check and approve invoices for incoming goods, by checking all required documentation.
• Daily booking of bank transactions to keep the general ledgers up to date;
• Weekly check A/R balance sheet.
• Weekly preparing payment badges for approval by the finance manager;
• Assist with periodic closings/ routines;
• Assist with and prepare files for internal control purposes;
• Managing the shared mailbox and taking care of incoming and outgoing mail including following up
within the company, which requires good communication skills over all departments.

what will you do

• A MBO 4 (+) degree in Finance and Control or comparable relevant education;
• Solid knowledge of accounting and controlling with 2-4 years of experience in a similar position;
• Demonstrated experience with financial systems;
• Affinity with business administration tasks;
• MS Office with knowledge of Excel;
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working;
• Good command of both Dutch and English in word and writing;
• Accurate, self motivated, and stress resistant in peak periods.

In the role of Financial Employee you are the center of our team and you have plenty of room to grow. Your
salary depends on your knowledge and experience and is between € 2.530 and € 3.290 gross per month (FT)
