what will you do
At the start of your shift as a Albert Heijn courier, you meet at the distribution point. Here, team members give you your route. You also receive a box with your navigation system, a Zebra scanner, and a mobile card reader. Don’t forget: the keys to your van! Before you leave, you check your load to ensure all crates are there. Lastly, you inspect the van for damage and check the fuel level. Time to hit the road! At your first stop, use the Zebra scanner to see which crates to deliver. Load them one by one onto your cart. Ring the bell, greet the customer, and deliver the groceries to the door. If payment is needed, use the mobile card reader. Happy customer, happy you! Then, it’s off to the next address.
