who you are

As a chauffeur at Albert Heijn, you will independently deliver groceries with a delivery van. You're not afraid of physical work, such as lifting crates up to fifteen kilos. Regularly getting in and out of the van is also no problem for you. Additionally, you meet the following requirements:

• You have a valid B driver's license;
• You speak Dutch or English;
• You have transport to get to our location at Siegenstraat 7 in Zwolle.

what will you do

As a chauffeur, you start with three training rides. Together with an experienced colleague (your buddy), you'll learn how to perform your job efficiently and accurately. You'll be ready to go solo in no time! In addition to delivering groceries, you will also collect empty bottles and crates. You will process them carefully with the hand scanner and settle the payment with the customer via a mobile pin. During your route, you may encounter obstacles, such as a building without an elevator or a hard-to-find address. This makes your workday varied and challenging! Once you feel comfortable in the role and are ready for more responsibility, you can grow internally through training to become a buddy or a senior driver.

• Flexible hours from 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–23:00. You’re available for both shifts.
• You can work part-time or full-time from Monday to Sunday, with at least two Saturdays per month.

where will you work

As a chauffeur you will always start your workday at the HSC in Zwolle. It’s a modern building and easily accessible by car, scooter, or bike. Before your shift, you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a piece of fruit. Or have lunch before your evening shift. This saves you time and money! After thirteen weeks, you'll receive a raise as a token of appreciation for your hard work. As a delivery driver, you are the face of Albert Heijn Online!
