As a warehouse manager, you have responsibility for any day-to-day general management issues, maintaining technical and operational consistency, alongside assisting with process advancements to support growth. Does this sound interesting? Find out more about the job below!

who you are

You have experience with warehouse management systems and are skilled at keeping control and an overview of things. Furthermore, you own these skills:

• Experience in leading a team in a fast- paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage several tasks at any one time
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage internal relationships with stakeholders such as Buying and Merchandising teams

what will you do

You interact with various departments, such as Purchasing and Finance, to understand any negative impact of low departmental performance. Besides, you are really busy with all sorts of things in a day:

• To oversee the day to day ‘Despatch and Goods In’ operations, ensuring thatall is running effectively and efficiently
• Processing of Customer Returns, ensuring timely refunds, in line with departmental KPI’s and the prompt return of stock to the pick-face
• To assist with the setting of and maintenance of productivity targets
• Analysis of process data using tools such as Excel

This international company is the leading wholesale dancewear supplier servicing dance teachers and dance shops with quality dancewear worldwide. They will soon open a warehouse in Eindhoven. From this location, products will be sent all over Europe.
