We are looking for Trainee Operators who are excited to enter the world of machines. Are you technically inclined and have a technical hobby, for example? Then we are looking for you! No experience as an Operator is required.

who you are

You have an affinity for technology and enjoy tinkering. You want to take the first step toward becoming an Operator and have the determination to make it a success. You want to learn all the ins and outs of the profession. Additionally, you are flexible, independent, and enjoy learning new things all the time.

• You are flexible in your work assignments;
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus;
• You have a technical background;
• You are proficient in Dutch and/or English.

what will you do

As a Trainee Operator, you will work alongside experienced colleagues who will guide you through daily tasks. You will also be responsible for your own work, such as packing frozen vegetables. You will learn on the job, allowing you to quickly master the tasks. Eventually, you will become an experienced Operator.

• You will adhere to safety and hygiene regulations;
• You will work in various shifts.
