who you are

You enjoy interacting with people. You're social and approachable but also know how to get things done. You have at least some experience with MS Office, so you can dive right into Excel. If you already have some administrative experience, great! But even if you’re coming from logistics or a completely different field, you’re more than welcome!

Additionally, you:

• Are available to work in 3 shifts!
• Have your own transportation.

• Are ready to get started!

what will you do

You’ll be responsible for welcoming drivers arriving on-site. Here’s what your day might look like: A truck driver pulls up to the gatehouse where you check their name and company, verify the inventory, and assign them a docking station. You’ll also ensure all administrative details are correctly processed. This role is for you! Shifts rotate weekly: 06:00 - 15:00, 15:00 - 22:00, and 22:00 - 06:00.

• Administrative tasks.
• Verifying drivers and their paperwork.
