When you’re going to start as a shipping employee, you will have a job with challenging and varied activities! You have a big role within the shipping process. Together with your colleagues you ensure that everything runs as it should be so that all drivers can leave the warehouse on time! You draw up consignment notes and arrange the administration. During the loading and unloading from the truck, you check if everything goes smoothly. All the packages can leave on time, nice job! If one of the drivers have some problems along the way, you have a quick consultation with the process manager. Together you can solve this! At PostNL you follow a training course where you will learn everything. You work full-time in 3 shifts, which alternate per week: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Tuesday to Saturday), 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM: 00:00 (Monday to Friday).
Working as a shipping employee means working in a warehouse where working hard is the main priority! The location is easy to reach with your own transport. Every day you are busy lifting packages and do a lot of other tasks. But that's okay, because you like a challenge! You have a nice team to work with, so get to know your colleagues and have a chat!
