You offer customers a listening ear and enthusiastically assist everyone as a customer service worker! You are patient and approach problem-solving proactively. You actively engage with the customer and assist them where necessary.

As a customer service worker you are the face of the organization! You assist customers by answering their questions or directing them to the appropriate individuals.
