who you are

Do you have experience in logistics and a good understanding of logistical processes? Have you gained administrative experience, or are you eager to learn? If so, you could be the Warehouse Support Specialist we're looking for!

As administrative assistant you also possess the following qualities:

  • You have experience with SAP and Excel
  • You are very analytical and result oriented
  • You master the English language in word and writing
  • You always make sure that problems are solved quickly
  • You are open to working day shifts on a rotating schedule.

what will you do

As an experience troubleshooter, you will be the contact regarding stock and order-related inquiries. You’ll also be in charge offor finding effective solutions to any issues that arise. You ensure that all orders are processed accurately.

  • Inventory changes of goods and inventory accuracy in SAP
  • For structural problems, you implement possible improvements
  • You communicate with customers and various departments
  • You ensure the preparation of various reports on both customers and the internal organization
  • You process all the orders administrative
