who you are

Do you have a background in logistics or production? Are you skilled at leading and inspiring teams while keeping an eye on the big picture? If so, you could be the Assistant Supervisor we're searching for.

Also, you possess the following qualities:

• You have experience overseeing a small team.
• You are familiar with ERP systems, with SAP experience being a plus.
• You are proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• You are prepared to step in for the Supervisor when needed.

what will you do

As an Assistant Supervisor, you'll manage a team of around 25 people. You'll ensure that tasks are well-distributed and completed efficiently. While doing this, you are the main point of contact for your team. A significant part of your role will be to keep the team motivated.

Additionally, you will be doing the following tasks:

• You will oversee the daily operations.
• You will assess the team's performance and implement improvements as needed.
• You will provide recommendations to the Supervisor regarding scheduling and performance evaluations.
• You will take part in projects aimed at process improvements.
• You will bring a positive and energetic attitude to the team.
