who you are

As a production worker, you are able to stay active throughout the day. There’s a lot of walking and moving containers, allowing you to combine exercise with good pay. Additionally, you meet the following requirements:

• You are available part-time from Monday to Friday.
• You speak Dutch or English.
• You can handle physically demanding work.

what will you do

We’ve already mentioned that the job involves physical work, but what exactly does a production worker do? You will be responsible for stacking green containers. Why green containers? These are used throughout Technische Unie’s warehouse to collect orders and ship products to customers. It is important to keep these containers in stock, and you and your colleagues ensure this.

The department has a machine that stacks the containers. You will take these stacks off the conveyor belt and place them in roll containers behind you. Once a roll container is full, you move on to the next one. A colleague will then collect the full containers and return them to the correct location in the warehouse.

• Working hours: From 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (your shift may run later than midnight on Mondays).
• Working days: Monday to Friday.

Technische Unie is a wholesale supplier in installation technology. You might wonder what that means? It mainly involves products that help companies become greener and more sustainable, such as parts for lighting, heating elements, or tools. You’ll work in a large warehouse with various departments. Together, you’ll ensure that all orders are shipped out on time.
