who you are

As Customer Service Specialist, your role is defined by a strong customer-oriented approach and clear communication skills. You're not only solution-oriented but also proactive in atniticpating customer needs and addressing challenges. Resilience under pressure allowes you to navigate stressful situations with ease. Additionally, flexibility is your main strength in both tasks as working hours which makes it easy to adapt to the dynamic environment. Besides these characteristics you posses over:

  • Relevant expertise through education and/or work experience in logistics;
  • experience in a B2B customer service role and served large clients;
  • proficiency with the Microsoft Office package.

what will you do

In this role, you act as the first point of contact for our clients. Being proactive in understanding and responding to customer needs is key, as is the ability to quickly and efficiently resolve issues and complaints. You'll handle various administrative tasks, coordinate incoming and outgoing goods, and manage the entire order process. Additionally, proper follow-up on customs documents and invoices is essential. Contributing to and implementing improvements in our processes and services will also be part of your responsibilities.
