who you are

You are a driven and ambitious professional with knowledge of supply chain management and transport coordination. You already have experience with transport planning systems and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel. In addition, you are communicatively strong and know how to interact quickly with customers and colleagues. Flexibility is not a problem for you either; you are willing to work in a 2-shift system from 06:00-13:00 and 15:00-00:00. You are known for your solution orientation and your ability to keep an overview even under pressure. In short, you are ready for a challenging position in the world of transport! what will you do

As a Transport Planner, you are responsible for arranging all (inter)national transport for this company. Think about time arrangements, weights and distances. You maintain operational contact with carriers and internal stakeholders to keep the status of shipments up to date. You also arrange customs documents and incoming and outgoing cargo. At the end of the day, you look back with peace of mind, knowing that everything was shipped on time and perfectly arranged.

You will be working at a brand new logistics centre in Puttershoek, one of the most modern in Europe.
