You are available for 32 - 40 hours a week and a problem-solving mindset.
what will you do
The Customer Service Employee is the primary contact for customers. As a Customer Service Employee you are responsible for all communication between the various departments within the company and its customers. You put orders in the system, you confer with your colleagues in the warehouse to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments and you investigate damaged shipments for your customers.
