what will you do

As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for your colleagues with stock and order-related questions. You provide on-the-floor support to your team as a troubleshooter and carry significant responsibility to ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and at peak performance. This role involves coordinating with various departments to resolve issues and implementing measures to prevent future problems. You will work day shifts on a rotating schedule and will also be responsible for the following tasks:

• You assess stock levels and inventories, and gather and analyze data;
• You implement improvements to address structural problems;
• You prepare and send reports with key information to stakeholders to keep them up-to-date;
• You handle all order-related administrative tasks.
