  • You have prior experience in a similar role.
  • You are fluent in English, and speaking Dutch is a bonus!
  • You are knowledgeable in Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
  • You excel at analyzing reports.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively in a team.

what will you do

As a Customer Support Officer, you'll primarily handle incoming orders. You'll review the orders and follow up on any missing information. You'll stay in touch with suppliers and maintain strong communication with colleagues across all departments. Your role will ensure that all orders are thoroughly checked, recorded, and shipped accurately.

In addition, you will also be responsible for:
As a customer support officer, you will also be involved in the following tasks:

  • Oversee the accurate processing of outgoing orders for a specific customer.
  • Your primary objective is to ensure these orders are delivered on time, maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Should any issues arise, you’ll address them with your system analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor the status of outgoing orders and manage any exceptions.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis in the systems, keeping established KPIs, expectations, and schedules in mind.
  • If discrepancies occur between incoming and outgoing orders, you’ll coordinate with the relevant colleagues to resolve the issues.
