You monitor progress in processes, coordinate tasks such as picking, packing, and scanning, and check work accuracy. You are key to your team’s success, how exciting! Additionally, you communicate with the warehouse manager about order status and report incidents and improvement suggestions. In short, every day is different, and the work is very varied!
