As a production worker at IJB Groep, you play a vital role in creating foundation piles and base structures – essential elements in construction.
On the Piles Department, you'll work on long concrete piles that serve as the foundation for buildings. You'll remove cured piles from their molds and refill them with concrete. You'll also place iron hooks so the piles can be removed easily after curing. You’ll make sure everything’s set for the next production round.
In the Foundations Department, you'll build molds for concrete foundations – the load-bearing structures for buildings. You’ll work based on technical drawings, so having some technical insight is important. You’ll ensure the concrete is poured correctly and everything is ready for curing. It’s varied and challenging work! 🛠️
Work Schedule:
You’ll work full-time from Monday to Friday, starting bright and early. Shifts are from 06:00 to 14:00 or 07:00 to 15:00.
At IJB Groep (IJsselmeer Beton) in Lelystad! IJB Groep specializes in producing concrete products. The work here is physically demanding but varied. It’s more than just performing repetitive tasks – as a production worker, you're actively involved in the entire process. This is nothing like standard assembly line work. Creating a pile or foundation takes about 24 hours – and you're part of the whole journey. Pretty cool, right?
