who you are

As an operator, you’re someone who doesn’t like to sit still. You enjoy building or improving things—maybe you tinker with mopeds, bikes, or computers at home. You’re curious about how things work and like to work precisely, with attention to detail. You want to grow, take initiative, and be part of a team that supports each other.

• You speak Dutch and/or English well;
• You’re available full-time and willing to work in 2 shifts;
• You’re interested in technology and eager to develop your skills.

what will you do

You’ll be trained as an operator, working on large metal components. Together with a skilled colleague, you’ll work on press rollers—some of them up to 8 meters long! You’ll learn how to turn, grind, and polish parts until they’re smooth and ready for use again. At first, you’ll receive lots of guidance, but over time you’ll work more independently. It’s varied, hands-on work where you can really make something great.
