who you are

You are an experienced Operator with a passion for the job. You're ready for the next step where you can learn new things. With your knowledge and skills, you know exactly what needs to be done to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible. You can operate the machines expertly and resolve any malfunctions.

• You have a few years of relevant work experience and/or have completed the appropriate education;
• You’re looking for a new challenge as an Operator
• You can work independently and in a team;
• You speak fluent English or Dutch;
• You are available for 5-shift work and weekends.

what will you do

As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating the machines in the factory. You master the entire process from potato to, for example, fries! You ensure the process runs smoothly and that any issues are resolved as quickly as possible. You can solve smaller malfunctions on your own. For larger issues, you know exactly who to contact. Through regular checks, you ensure that the quality of the products is optimal and remains consistent.

• You are aware of safety instructions;
• You consider hygiene important and prioritize it.

Lamb Weston is one of the largest potato producers in the world. The potatoes are processed into the tastiest fries, which you can find in stores as well as in various fast food chains! Lamb Weston is a growing organization with three factories in the Netherlands, located in Bergen op Zoom and two in Kruiningen. This vacancy is open for the Kruiningen location.
