Do you love driving, and want to earn € 18,25 per hour? Then this is the perfect job for you! As an Albert Heijn driver, you will work independently. Also you make customers happy by delivering their groceries to their homes! Your workday will fly by, and you’ll turn every ride into your own little party. Curious about what else we offer? who you are

As an Albert Heijn driver, you deliver groceries to the customer’s front door. You are physically fit and can lift crates of up to fifteen kilograms. You also have no problem getting in and out of the delivery van regularly. You match the following:

• You have a valid B driving license;
• You have transport to get to De Heyderweg 2-6 in Leiden;
• You speak Dutch or English.

what will you do

As an Albert Heijn driver, no day is the same. You always start and end your day at the AH Online HUB in Leiden. Here, you load your delivery van with groceries and receive your route. Time to get started and make customers happy! With an average of 28 stops per shift, your workday will fly by. Besides delivering groceries, you also collect blue crates, take back empty bottles, and complete payments. And you do all of this with a smile! No worries! During your first rides, you will be trained by a buddy who will teach you everything from A to Z. Growth opportunities? Yes! Do you see yourself training new colleagues later? Then you can grow into a buddy. Or become a plusser: you will make sure every delivery driver is well-prepared before they hit the road. Plenty of chances to grow!

• Flexible hours from 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–23:00. You’re available for both shifts.
• You can work part-time or full-time from Monday to Sunday, with at least two Saturdays per month.

where will you work

As an Albert Heijn driver, you start and end your day at the HUB in Leiden. This location is easy to reach by car, bike, or scooter. At the HUB, there is a large cafeteria where you can enjoy a nice meal or a cup of coffee. There is also a Tempo-Team office where you can ask questions. Team leaders and plussers are always there to help you when you leave or return. Help is always nearby! Even during your shift, you can count on support. There is a special phone line to help you with any problems on the road. And after 13 weeks of work, your salary increases to €18.25 per hour! This includes 25 vacation days, holiday pay, ADV allowance, and a year-end bonus.
