who you are

As an Albert Heijn delivery driver, you enjoy being on the road. Driving a delivery van? No problem for you! You’re fit and strong enough to carry crates of groceries weighing up to 15 kilos 🏋️. With an average of 28 stops a day, getting in and out of the van is no issue for you. You also recognize yourself in the following qualities:

• You have your own transportation to get to the delivery site of Albert Heijn in Oosterhout;
• You speak Dutch or English;
• You have a B-driving license (stick shift).

what will you do

Your day as a delivery driver starts at the distribution point in Oosterhout 🏢. You will get your route for the day and everything else you need for the road. First you check if all the crates are present. You also check the van for any damage and ensure the tank is filled with gas. All good? ✅ Ready to hit the road! At the first address, you’ll park the van and open the back. The crates marked with a "1" belong to this address. Simple, right? Using your handheld scanner (Zebra), you’ll quickly find the right crates and verify the order 🎯. Load everything onto a trolley and deliver it to the customer. Before leaving, check if the payment has been completed. If not, you can easily process it with your mobile payment terminal 🏧. Say goodbye with a smile and move on to the next customer!

• Flexible hours from 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–23:00. You’re available for both shifts.
• You can work part-time or full-time from Monday to Sunday, with at least two Saturdays per month.

Albert Heijn delivery makes grocery shopping easier by delivering to their doorsteps 🏡. That’s why, as an Albert Heijn courier, you bring smiles to countless faces 🤩! The work location is in Oosterhout and is easily accessible by your own transport. It’s hard work, but your efforts are rewarded 💪. After 13 weeks, you’ll already receive a pay raise! Plus, regular treats, such as a free lunch for your evening shifts. Or fresh fruit, are available anytime. A nice bonus!

After 13 weeks of work, your salary increases to € 18.25 per hour 💸! This includes 25 vacation days, holiday pay, ADV allowance, and a year-end bonus. There are also plenty of opportunities for growth. Who knows, in a year, you might be training your new colleagues 🤝!
