who you are

We are looking for Machine Operators with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

what will you do

As a Machine Operator, you are the central force in our production process. You ensure that our assembly and injection molding machines operate optimally. Additionally, you are responsible for:

• Operation and Maintenance: You operate both conventional and computer-controlled machines and keep them in excellent condition.
• Quality Control: You monitor the process flow and check the final product against specifications. In case of deviations, you immediately inform your supervisor.
• Troubleshooting: You independently resolve minor issues. For major problems, you collaborate with colleagues such as the Shift Leader and Technician.
• Packaging Process: You package finished products according to instructions and ensure correct stacking and labeling.
• Recording and Reporting: You document performed inspections and accurately report any deviations.
