who you are

You're a skilled junior or licensed customs broker with experience in customs affairs. You're familiar with AEO licenses, (re)export declaration processes, and EU HS code classification. Besides, you are proficient in MS Excel. With strong social skills and fluent English communication, you're both a critical thinker and a decisive problem-solver.

what will you do

As a Customs Coordinator, you'll be the troubleshooter, providing support for bonded inventory reconciliation. Besides, you will be handling daily customs-related shipping matters, and monitoring internal customs KPIs. You'll also conduct internal audits related to AEO and ensure staff are well-trained and informed about process changes. All while managing our in-house customs systems. The following tasks, also belong to your working days:

• Manage in-house Customs system (Descartes-GCT Saas solution)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure staff is trained, technically competent and well-informed regarding changes in processes
